The Dearborn Public Libraries are sponsoring the Museum Adventure Pass.
Looking for a fun and educational experience for the family? Visit any Dearborn library beginning October 25th and check out a museum - for free! The Museum Adventure Pass, presented by Macy's, is a partnership between 162 metro area libraries and 25 local arts and cultural organizations.
Just use your library card to receive 2 or 4 free admissions depending on location. For more information on the Museum Adventure Pass, please visit www.detroitadventurepass.org.

PTA Reflections Program

I Can Make A Difference By...
Use one of these categories to express your ideas:
Visual Arts - Original print, drawing, painting, collage, photographic collage, metal etching, punch work, fiber work, or computer generated artwork.
Literature - Original fiction, nonfiction, prose, poetry, or drama.
Photography - Original black and white, color, or grouped images.
Musical Composition - Audio cassette or CD recording of the original composition (not to exceed five minutes).
Dance - Original choreographer dance composition by one choreographer recorded on VHS or DVD.
Film/Video Production - Original film/video works of fiction or nonfiction with or without sound.
Before you begin - Please go to the school office and get a copy of the 2007-2008 Reflections Program Rules and Entry Form for the category you want to enter. It is your responsibility to follow each guideline from the rules and complete the entry form for each entry. You may enter as many categories as you wish. All entries are due November 16, 2007.

"Great Pumpkin" Raffle
You could win a giant pumpkin for your Fall celebration!
Tickets are $.25 each or 5 for $1.00. Tickets will be on sale Monday, October 22nd through Friday, October 26th during the lunch hour. The drawing will be on Friday, October 26th at 1:30pm.

Market Day - Instructions
Ordering Procedure:
1. Go to http://www.marketday.com/ to register and place an order. **OR**
2. Use the form / catalog that was sent home with your child. Simply circle the items you would like to purchase and write the quantity on the line to the left of the item, just above the product number. On the back of the form, please make sure to fill in your name, address and home/cell number, as well as the total number of items you orders. Have your child return the form to his/her teacher.
Payment:
1. If you order online, you may pay "online" with a credit card. You can also choose to pay by cash or check on pick-up day.
2. If you order using the Market Day form sent home, DO NOT SEND MONEY with your order. Payment is due when you pick up your order. At that time, you may pay by cash or check. Kindly make checks payable to "Market Day."
Pickup:
All orders will available for pick up in the Cafeteria (not the gym) on the day indicated on the order form.
The first scheduled delivery date is Friday, October 19th from 3:30-5:00 pm.

We are getting closer to this month's goal of reaching $4,000 in sales and 100 customers.
You have until October 13th at noon to place internet orders - http://www.marketday.com. You may also turn in your order forms to your classroom teach by Wednesday, October 10th. Remember there's no school on Thursday and Friday.
I'm sure by working together we can reach our goal and be able to receive $400 in free books on top of our profit of 10% of the total sales.
